ABOUT US

The Rig is a space created to build a community of people that strive to push themselves beyond their limits, with the support and motivation from the people that surround them.

Our Core Values are the four pillars that hold The Rig strong in achieving these values that embody us, and ensuring that everyone feels welcome, determined and respected at all times whilst at The Rig.

The Rig entrance. This is accessed from the side of the building and brings you into our gym.

Some of our cardio equipment. We have 4 treadmills, 2 stair masters, an assault bike and rowing machine.

Some equipment not seen anywhere else in Epsom! Pit Shark and Hack Squat, as well as our leg press.

Our 12 metre Turf and Sled runs across the gym floor, perfect for full body compound exercise!

Our 8-station multi stack jungle! Whether you are training push or pull, this offers it all!

The only Hex Dumbbells in Epsom, ranging from 2kg up to 60kg! Including 2 sets of weights between 2kg-20kg.

Our personalised deadlift platforms, accompanied by 450kg of olympic bumper plates...
